Long Term Care Coordinator
The Long Term Care Division of Rx Systems provides packaging to institutional pharmacies around the country that service Skilled Nursing Facilities and other Long Term Care environments, such as Assisted Living or Group Homes. This position works directly with office and plant personnel on production schedules and orders, plus interacts with Field Sales Reps and high volume customers via phone and e-mail. Organizational skills, plus the ability to work with a fluid production schedule and ability to find customer solutions are key attributes required.
Responsibilities
- Interact with production managers regarding schedules for stock and custom products.
- Initiate Custom Pill Card proofs as needed, including layout and color selection.
- Coordinate automatic orders with customers by following pre-determined timelines, and helping insure they are entered into the production schedule.
- Handle the processing of orders with accuracy and timeliness working in tandem with the editing department.
- Daily communication with customers which will require assisting them with product orders, claims, artwork, shipping updates and general communication.
- Respond to customer issues on product related items as well as after-sales support when requested.
- Find a solution for clients when unforeseen delays or back orders arise.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Experience in customer relations with the ability to work with Operations Managers and top decision makers.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Must be able to read, speak and comprehend English
OTHER SKILLS: Self-starter that has the ability to communicate with customers and Plant personnel. Good computer skills with an emphasis on Excel, plus MS Office, Salesforce or eCRM a plus, and Outlook. Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A team player with high level of dedication.
CERTIFICATES, REGISTRATIONS: not applicable at this time.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to push, pull, kneel, reach, sit, hear and see. Must be able to see fine detailing in finish product.
WORK ENVIROMENT: Mixture of office environment, but will be in the manufacturing plant on occasion.. Noise levels can be at required PPE levels in plant. No other negatives noted.
PAY: based on level of experience.
